1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by DELLIGHT.AI ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
DELLIGHT.AI provides AI consulting services, including the deployment of AI agent teams for business operations. Our services are delivered remotely and managed from the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, UAE.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for our services are as described on our pricing page. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by DELLIGHT.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Work product generated by our AI agents on your behalf is owned by you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DELLIGHT.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
